ORDERS OVERVIEW

Overview

  • Your satisfaction and experience with www.ejaycruz.com is of utmost importance to us. If in the rare event we do not meet those expectations, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued (see refund policy below).
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • To prevent shipping delays, please take the time to ensure an accurate and correct shipping address is provided. We encourage you to verify shipping information in your order confirmation email.  
  • www.ejaycruz.com is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, and damaged contents during the time of transit. In the unfortunate event this does occur with your order, a claim must be filed with USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). Rest assured, we will be happy to assist customers to the best of our abilities regarding missing packages or damaged goods.
  • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed and may take up to 3-4 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim we will be able to take further proper actions to help resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience during this period as we work with USPS.
  • Please advise filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your claim, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business and shipped via USPS.
  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account. 
  • www.ejaycruz.com is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address. Please ensure the correct shipping address is listed prior to submitting order.
  • All returned packages due to invalid address will be sent a verification email. We ask that you respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within the 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation.
  • Customers balance will be credited back via store credit (shipping not be included).

Domestic Orders/Shipping

  • Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment (excluding holidays acknowledged by USPS)
  • Expected delivery dates may vary due to holiday season, weather conditions, and other events out of our control.

International Orders/Shipping

  • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on location. Orders are generally received within 10-12 business days after fulfillment.
  • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
  • Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Items purchased from www.ejaycruz.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to start the return process.
  • You can return your item(s) for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method with the exception of sales & discounted Items and holiday sales (please Sales & Discounted Items and Holiday Sales policy below).
  • Customers will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges unless it has been deemed a mistake was caused on our part.
  • If any goods received are damaged, it is the customers obligated responsibility to notify www.ejaycruz.com and are encouraged to start a claim with USPS. We will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.

Currency exchange/fluctuation rates

  • International exchange rates are implemented.
  • Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market

Sales & Discounted Items and Holiday Sales

  • ALL SALES, DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND HOLIDAY SALES ARE FINAL.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items (ALL SALE ITEMS will not be restocked).
  • Markdown prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Promotion sales will not be applied to orders placed before or after time of sale.
  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout, before finalizing your purchase.
  • For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust pricing to orders once they are finalized and payment has been processed.
